i am a regular customer, and use their services all the time, however, if your vehicle is not available for any reason, then the company does not give a facility to cancel, they don't have a phone number, and email/online response is 48 hours. When they got back to me they told me that since I had not informed them before the cover started; (i.e the day I was supposed to collect the vehicle) I was not eligible for a refund. This particular thing has happened twice to me and on one occasion after much argument they refunded me but on the second occasion, they made the above excuse.

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy.
If you are cancelling the policy after the cover has started then this would result in no refund due, which is in line with the terms you agree to when purchasing the policy.
If you can provide us with confirmation from the rental company that the vehicle was not available, or that it was cancelled, then we can refer for a refund.
