Easy ordering did not have to execute my policy as no damage, however I purchased based on previous reviews that wee really good

The fact that I have made 2 requests for clarification on their initial quote and am still awaiting an answer speaks for itself. A reply would possibly change my rating and my views.

Service was first class. We didn't have to make a claim but felt confident that had we had to it would have been dealt with professionally.

Very good price for the level of cover required. However, you can only be judged by your subsequent service which luckily, I have not needed to use.

I have been purchasing cover for sometime which is cheaper than buying from rental companies. Luckily I have not had to use the service but having the cover gives me reassurance.

I accidentally bought insurance when I have annual insurance still valid so I tried to cancel it. I’ve heard nothing back from my emails.

The insurance was easy to set up. I can't rate it fully because i didn't have to claim.

Just a great offer to avoid those ridiculous prices that car hire companies want to charge. It's a no trainer!

I cannot comment on the quality of the insurance service. I have not had need to use it yet, I will not be using the hire car for another 2 months yet, and even then I hope I have no need to use the insurance. But ReduceMyExcess keep on pestering me to write this review. All I can review them on is that it was cheap and easy to purchase
