I have used this service several times. It saves you getting pressurised at the rental desk to pay enormous fees for the same reassurance.

So easy to use and a great saving from the rental company

Unfortunately had to use them for a fairly trivial scuff. The claim process was simple (just keep all your documents) and hassle free. Would recommend. Avoid using Enterprise rentals though. Check out their reviews for evidence.
