Friendly staff, efficient service, very high quality of car.
Both the pickup and drop off were very quick. When trying to sell their extra insurance waivers, they didn’t pressure me once I said I didn’t want it. The car was all we needed for our road trip, CarPlay, AC, and it handled all the mountain roads fairly well. I would use Alamo again.

car had satnav in it , and i was charged 49 euros, when in the order it was only 40 euros, dont all modern cars have this as standard equipment.

Nice car in good condition ,prompt shuttle bus to collection depot just off the airport very easy collection and drop off with immediate deposit refund and drop off at the airport right outside departures, I would use again should I ever return to this airport.
5 star Straightforward collection and return. Clear understanding on both parties. Return full of fuel and type of fuel. Gave warning that Spanish police may stop and fine you if suitcase loose in back seat. Wasnt aware previously.
Easy pick up and drop off. My reduce my excess insurance saved me £96 if I had to by my excess on collection of the car.

Be quick getting through passport control and baggage as 1 staff member for all the flight pickups. I was lucky to be first in queue. Took 10 minutes to process . Upgrade due to unavailable model . 4/5*
Short staffed at check in desk 45 minutes delay. As a first visit to airport, signage on return to car rental at airport wasn't very clear
Easy to use company at Dublin Airport. Had a decent car for our stay. Pick up and drop off were both really quick and easy. Shuttle to the airport was ready to go as we arrived. Would use again.
