Overall easy to book and staff friendly. However, car was quite dirty when picked up, tank was not quite full and had an issue either one tyre deflating.

We hired an extra large long wheelbase van for house removals. The company were very professional, courteous and efficient. Offered a free upgrade to a Luton van if wanted (declined) Had free additional driver along with 10% discount with Blue Light Card. Accepted the excess policy. Made a point of advising us to check it covered tyres and windscreen.

Hired a van that needed a good valet it was smelling of diesel in both the cab and the back… dirty seats… looked like it had been used by a builder before me hiring it

Really good experience from start to finish with two really good customer service poeple who picked me up and dropped me off and everything in between. Was given an amazing car at a great price to hire however was shocked by their excess charge and their daily fee to reduce the excess though which stops me giving them a 10

Enterprise were excellent, however I will never ever again use ReduceMyExcess for insurance. ReduceMyExcess were unresponsive to questions on Chat and to emails despite repeated requests for clarification about the policy I took out with them. ReduceMyExcess should be avoided.

The car hire company Enterprise refunded me when I cancelled online. Really good service. Still waiting for my refund from Reduce My Excess! Not good service!
