We arrived 40 mins early and we had to wait until the appointed time (12.00) to be seen/served and then had to wait 20 mins to be served as checking in takes a long time. Standing in the heat with no shade is no fun after a long journey! They also pushed hard for me to take their own insurance policy when I already had my own-yours!
