There were numerous minor scratches and dents, however very few were on the record form and had to be added. The car wasn't clean and in particular the inside of the windscreen was filthy - we had to get some glass cleaner and clean ourselves. Part of the back seat was wet on collection and the agent didn't care. The fuel tank wasn't full but they tried to record that it was. The collection point was at the far end of the car park with no directions provided. Cars for collection with all other companies in a similar location were in much better condition.
