We hired their lowest cost Fiat Panda option so were prepared for less than gold star treatment. But the staff were friendly - and didn't push their insurance option - with the usual caveats about examining the car for scratches not already marked down and informing them to alter the documentation drawing. They were crazily busy so I had to look for the car and work out the controls. But all was as described and the car performed fine. On return they did point out another very minor 5cm paint scuff (down to the primer) which I can't believe was caused in our hire time but had to agree it wasn't already marked. I was advised I'd receive an email but none has come a week later and no deposit taken so I assume they relented. So no negatives really, given overseas hiring is a stressful game at best!
— Ianners • Florence, Italy • July 31, 2025Very good car rental. Cars from the outside are already a bit beaten up but all the better because there is less stress when parking in Italy. I prefer such a car because if you get a new one without scratches there is more stress not to damage it.

— Rob Mc • February 26, 2018An excellent car hire experience, unlike many others. A new car (2000km on clock), thoroughly cleaned. Full to full fuel policy. Reasonably fast pick up and drop off. Sat nav was included with our car. Only downside was that they are in a different area to the majority of car rental companies at Pisa Airport and we went to the wrong place to begin with. This was minor, however, and we would definitely use them again.
