Differental
We were put off by the negative reviews however had a positive experience with Differental. The only negatives were that there was a hard sell approach for CDW at the desk when picking up the car however we had alternative cover so didn’t take this out and the first car we picked up developed a fault with it’s indicator after driving for 15 minutes. The car was replaced without issue by Differental and no further issues with the second hire vehicle. The staff were friendly. The shuttle to/from the airport is convenient. Vehicle had chip on windscreen and scuffs to alloys when collected. No further damage sustained during our rental - no problem getting back our deposit and did not find them to be picking faults with the vehicle as other reviews suggest. Would recommend based on our experience as only felt nervous due to prior reviews and not the actual experience of rental.
