Where to start… got charged €40 for out of hours collection. Back street garage compared to the bigger brands not sure why JET2 use them. Car was a pretty poor state, dents, scratches, air con didn’t really work. Returned car to be told I damaged the car, small chip. Considering the rest of panels had scrapes and dents this was nothing and charged €300. Will never use this company again and hopefully people follow suit
