  • Rental desk open later than others, convenient location in the baggage hall. The car was the actual model stated and the price was great. They didn't complete the collection condition report so we took lots of pictures once we found the car in an unlit outdoor carpark. Apart from that everything was great - recommended.

  • I booked through the Argus car hire agent online, choosing TopCar because they offered the car I wanted at an acceptable price. Collection of the car was easy after completing the sign-in process in the airport. I was disappointed to learn that TopCar did immediately charge my credit card the Excess Damage amount and not claim that sum as a hold on my card instead. I had taken out independent Excess cover. They did say that the sum would be refunded on return of the vehicle however this can take upto 15 working days during which time I am being charged interest & also a currency conversion charge. A hold on my card would have prevented this. This is something to check at the sign in.

  • Service overall was good and when I picked up the car it was a quick collection (registered online before arriving) and drop off. The queue at the airport was however farr too long and I had a 1 hour wait to collect. This needs to be speeded up for people that have pre registered or I would not use again.

  • full amount of deposit charged to my card (as opposed to being blocked as other companies normally do), still waiting on money back

  • asked for automatic mid size but could only supply small automatic or manual mid size. :( otherwise clean and efficient

  • Hassle free transaction, no requirement to use any insurance as no accidents Definitely use again
