Smooth collection and drop off. Older car but was reliable. However wipers were worn out and washer fluid was empty. One tyre blew whilst driving and there was no emergency triangle to use whilst I fitted the spare in the road. However the cost of the new tyre was refunded by the company when I returned the car.
