The worst in 25 years using rental companies worldwide . Had to call for shuttle but they never answered their phone. Used another companies shuttle to get to pickup location. Staff rude and v slow . Didn’t believe I had excess insurance. Told I had to wash and hoover car b4 returning as I paid a small amount for the hire. Given a smaller car than advertised. And had to inspect for damage 20:00 at night in poorly lite warehouse. Returned the car washed and hoovered and fuel slightly more than I started with. Again they were so slow i nearly missed my flight . A young girl inspected the car and spotted a slight scratch barely noticeable. Which was probably there all along . They actually took €900 from my credit card . Most don’t they just hold. Arriving back I was wondering when I might get my deposit back . But once in the uk I got a notification from my bank saying they were trying to take another £940 from the card . It was declined thankfully. I have emailed the company to find out what’s going on but no reply yet
