The whole experience was designed to scare the customer with the consequences of having even the smallest scratch. ...Four thousand four hundred dollars. This could be avoided if you paid eight hundred upfront. Most uncomfortable and a worrying start for the holiday. What is the matter with these people that they have to be so unpleasant? I declined because I had purchased ReduceMyExcess but it was still worrying and left a cloud over driving the car for ten days.
