We were given an unroadworthy car with two front tyres which were practically bald and torn wiper blades. After skidding into a wall we returned the car and it was replaced with no charge for the damage to the car. Although I was pleased with their service recovery I would not recommend them. They should not be renting out unroadworthy cars.
