— Steve • January 10, 2020The actual rental was fulfilled by Italy car rent. They were very efficient and we had no issues at all with the vehicle. The one big negative is because we did not take their excess insurance we were required to pay a deposit of 900 euros. This is being refunded as there was no damage to the car but it is going to take 15 working days to refund which I find to be unacceptable.

— Donie • July 10, 2018The price, paperwork and arrangements were good. After the hire car was returned the hire company charged us for an upgrade we hadn't requested and didn't even know we had got. Rentalcars picked up on this from our post-rental review and pursued it vigorously, obtaining a full refund of the excess charge for us. I was most impressed by this.
