Very poor, 1hr wait for pick up at the airport, Then we had another 1 1/2 hours waiting at the rental company. Key fob didn’t work, no screen wash, damage not on original documents. When we dropped off the car we had to wait for another hour. There were minimal staff only one person when we picked up the car, doing the airport pick ups and all the car drop offs and collections. Other staff members acted as if we didn’t exist totally ignoring us. Overall shocking service, i’d rather pay a bit more and have some level of customer service.
