No details from my Keddy booking appeared on Europcar systems when we arrived late evening, Europcar rep had to write out a manual contract which slowed us down, probably caused about 30 minute delay in the collection process based on previous experience. Also the car booked, Citroen C4 wasn't available so we were allocated a Renault captur, a smaller car in terms of usable boot space in my opinion. A party of 4 with 2 cases and 4 hand luggage was a bit of a squeeze but we did it.
