Friendly and efficient customer service, great car (VW Passat) in excellent condition. I had a small problem with the tyre pressure monitor - the warning light came on when the tyre pressures were in fact ok - phoned Oryx customer service quite late at night and the agent was extremely helpful and reassuring. Would definitely use again in Croatia!
