  • Pick-up @ airport was a disaster...waited over an hour and 15min. @ check in desk...asked to sign 9 separate computer generated terms & conditions...which of course, if you took the time to read them, you would have been there another 1-1/2 hours. When I returned the car, I madr sure the gal checking it in gave me a "clean bill of health" on all of the forms. In the past, I returned a car in (Lisbon) w/ some minor damage and the people @ the agency simply maxed out the excess and put it on my credit card. I had photoed the damage and included it w/ my claim for reimbursement w/from your Co., noting that I thought you were being "ripped off"!
