Based very close to airport, you give them a ring when you arrive and they pick you up by minibus outside airport entrance, we only waited 5 mins, & just a 2 min drive, all very smooth & efficient. Short wait at collection desk, finalised the hire paperwork quickly as had done most of it online beforehand which saves time, & we were then escorted to the vehicle. Had selected a Toyota Corolla less than 2 years old, and car was exactly as expected. Was given plenty of time to have a good look over the car which was generally in good condition inside & out. Identified a few minor scratches & scuffs which were all agreed & recorded, so no worries about getting stung for damage to car that already existed. Had the car for 13 days and drove all around the North Island, over 1800km, and car performed perfectly with no problems at all. Return of car was just as smooth as the collection and we were back at the airport within 15mins of dropping car off. All in all a very good experience & would definitely use again.
