The car itself was fine. I asked on two occasions if their addional insurance (20 euros/day) covered any insurance excess and was told yes. I had called the office and asked again at the point of hire. After I bought I received an email to so there was no excess cover given included. Since then I have been unable to contact the company and have been blocked from their web page. I had to take out cover elsewhere to cover the excess.
