They were inflexible about the type of car I had and when I had to downsize due to their issue there was no finance refund.

When I arrived at airport car park to drop the car off, a member of the staff checked the car and confirmed that everything is ok, but I had to pay £15 cleaning fees, this is something I’ve never heard of. Most of the reviews about this company are negative, but I thought to give a shot and hoping to prove the people wrong. However, based on my experience I will never book with AddCars ever again.
