The company is based outside of the terminal and a 5 minute drive away meaning that you have to arrange for their driver to collect you from a meeting point and take you to their offices. We had the hard sell on purchasing their insurance which we didn’t need and the push continued despite us repeatedly explaining it wasn’t required. Returning the car was much easier, although their opening hours aren’t quite from 8 am. Someone finally arrived to open up at about 8.20 am.
