Good service and easy to deal with. Car a little underpowered.

A fair way off site, maybe 2 miles. Doesn't open till 8 on a Sunday morning for return of cars. Efficient and as quick as could reasonably be expected given distance. Car exactly as requested. Hot on damage checks but didn't try it on with ridiculous stuff. Wasn't pushy about extra insurance when we said we had it, just stated that Easy Car's insurance didn't provide full cover and left it at that when I said we were not insured with them.

A really quick pick up in the airport car park. No pressure to buy excess insurance cover. A good modern car provided. Good checking with me of the minor flaws. A checkover on return and all was well. Can't fault them.

Very efficient. No wait for pick up or drop off or at hire counter. Friendly and helpful people. Paperwork dealt with quickly and clearly with no attempt to sell extras. I docked one point off a 10 because I found the car a bit underpowered for a hilly island.

Excellent service from start to finish. Met at the airport by Caroline who took us the short distance to their office. Paperwork was sorted very quickly with no problems. Very impressed that there was no up selling - options given but absolutely no pressure. Car return was simple and transferred back to airport in a few minutes - no hanging around. Would definitely use again.

Easy to find office, process was straightforward. Only rented a small car but it was several years old and had a lot of scratches so wasn't in pristine condition. Mechanically fine though and had no problems with it, so it did what it was supposed to do.
