Terrible - Didn't get car of choice with appropriate tyres as promised in writing prior to arrival, so had to book another car for two days with Thrifty (OK) mid trip to suit planned journey (studded winter tyres fitted) into north west at extra expense. Instead we were offered 3yr old, high mileage cars with bald, nearly bald, and even a broken windscreen. On top of this had a damaged tyre which took several hours to resolve, since they couldn't make a decision, so all in lost several hours of time, had to make lots of changes to plans, not to mention used lots of additional fuel driving around to get extra car and sort tyres. Consequently would never use again and could not recommend to anyone else - the experience severely impacted on our trip!
