  • Terrible service when I arrived at the pick up point, several other customers looking hot and bothered, 1 member of staff on who looked like she didn't want to be there, when we eventually got to the desk was told the car we had booked was unavailable due to our lateness it had been cancelled and all I could do was to re book another car !! Luck would have it I was able to do this for an extra £50 was handed a piece of paper with a list of damage on the car, after checking the car over and taking numerous pictures, we proceed having zero confidence in the car hire provider, Terrible customer service!!! Avoid B Rent at all costs.

  • Not on the list but we used Brent when we left reception after a long wait to get the keys, the girl on the desk tried to sell more insurance and sent us off to collect the car stating no damage on the car, Well it had loads of damage we took loads pf photos and returned to the desk and another wait to get it sorted. When we returned the car the guy signed it off as no more damage. After some 6 months they took an admin charge of £50.00 for what ??? My credit card company are still looking into that one.
