Had a minor argie bargie with a wall in Sarajevo whilst driving the hired car. Made a claim through REDUCEMYEXCESS, upon return. Was put in contact with a solicitor. All simple and straightforward. Was reimbursed for the occurred damages charges without any hassles, even though the hire company played hide and seek for a while. Will use the company again, that is a certainty & confidence. Bestest!
