It was a 1 day hire when I returned I was accused of having a dog in it and leaving it dirty. I had travelled with my wife from the airport to our hotel luggage only no animals at all. Had to pay the 7€ to get my deposit back. The deposit was not frozen from my card but was debited and shown on my statement

They were unreachable both locally and at their head office. They didn’t answer my email or respond to the live chat on their website.
