Scammers. Because I didn't buy their insurance they invented damage to charge me. I am disputing it as fraud and will only claim from reducemyexcess if I fail. Rude and aggressive staff.

Collection from the airport was speedy and effortless, the car was ready and we were on our way in no time. Return was the same, the car was checked and the transfer bus called and we were at the airport within 20 minutes. Very pleased.
