The service was friendly but the quality of the car was not the best. They were very flexible and said they understood the tricky traffic in Morocco and that minor scratches would be overlooked. Overall a good user experience - Collection and return of the car were straightforward. One feedback - on return they should sign off a document just for the client's peace of mind. There is no document signing process - but they are a friendly bunch.
