Easy Rent Bulgaria
The car we ordered was an Estate or similar, they tried to give us a small saloon saying it was similar but we had too many bags - their website states every car can carry one large suitcase and one small bag so all cars could be considered similar. Eventually we got an Estate car, on the second day the engine warning light came on and the car kept dropping speed, when we called the company we were told to put high octane fuel in and that would fix it (shockingly it did not!) but we were told to keep driving it. We returned the car on 11th August and finally received the £800 deposit back on 16th September. A deposit that they actually charge not just put a hold on so as the payment had to go on a credit card we were then charged £65 interest. When I called to chase the refund I was told it will happen between 21 & 30 BUSINESS days - that is nowhere in their terms and when we returned the car we were told it’d be refunded within 21 days.
