We picked the car up at Europe Car’s office at the Pullman Hotel in Sydney. Their representative was extremely helpful. We had booked a 4.00 pm pick up but arrived at 2.30. He suggested we wait until 3.00pm otherwise we would be charged an extra day car hire. The car a Haval Jolion was very clean inside and out, one small dent on the drivers side door. Later we found there was no liquid in the windscreen washer bottle and the right rear offside tyre was under inflated. The return was very straightforward. Overall I was very impressed with the service, and the vehicle. I will hire again from Europcar
We got an 'upgrade' to a more spacious car, from a Vauxhall Crossland to an MG e-hybrid, which pleased us with five adults travelling with luggage. Overall pleased

Bit confusing finding pick-up office - directed to garage where cars kept then across the street to Eurocar office. Very efficient check-in and car tutorial before leaving. Efficient drop-off at Hamburg airport - no issues with car
Europcar were very good. The collection process took some time but once all the paper was complete the car itself was excellent (new, undamaged and clean) and returns process quick and simple. Very good customer experience.

Very long wait for car to be ready (over an hour with dozens of other passengers waiting) plus no baby seats fitted and left to do this by ourselves. One of the seats was broken and the staff were very unhelpful. We hired two cars, one was lovely and new, the other was old, bashed about and not nice to drive. Not impressed. Return of car was straightforward.
Easy check in and return, pleasant staff. No pressure to purchase their own policies. The car was good, although the bodywork wasn't 100% clean, inside was perfect.

Car and price were great but customer service was very poor. I returned the car early in perfect condition, no damages, with full tank and no excess miles to pay. I could not get a copy of my signed final inspection report for this booking due to a slight error in the spelling of my name in my email address on the booking form. I pointed this error out when I picked up the car and I was told it would be corrected. When I returned the car i found that it was not corrected. I was told by the same staff member when I returned the vehicle that they cannot correct it because it was booked through Keddy by Europcar! When I tried to correct it and add an alternative email when I signed the inspection report on the mobile I was told emphatically that I can't make any changes to this form. I received three emails from Europcar about this booking, prior to pick-up and I have hired cars from Keddy / Europcar in the past so I have no idea how they managed to mispell my email address on the booking form only. I could not get a print out at the office either for some reason. place and then refuse to correct it. I wrote to Europcar CS explaining all this and I requested a copy of the signed inspection report.
