On return of car company rep, claimed we had damaged the car(there where scratches under front valance area).This area was not even viewable to take photos of when we picked up the car,as it was underneath the car. The damage was already present before we picked up the car.Ater arguing over the issue,they seemed to reluctantly accept our point about the damage being impossible to see, to photograph.
