All very good - I use Avis Preferred - very efficient.
The car I received was a much higher specification than I expected. The staff were very helpful and polite. Will hire from them again.
The car hire company personnel were pleasant and polite, & very information, i was delayed slightly in picking up the car because the agent (rightly) prioritised people dropping cars off who were desperate to to get checked in / through security. As a result Fleet offered a car model upgrade free of charge. Would use again. Using reducemyexcess.co.uk was easy and simple, a very smooth transaction. Again i would use this company again.
