Another disipointment. Car was all scratched around inside and outside and with high mileage. Sent over 30min checking collection report which was missing most of the scratches. On return I filled tank with petrol but the fuel gauge was faulty and was showing only ¾ being in. Reported this when was dropping car off and guess what they charged me for not returning car with full tank. Try to avoid Global rent a car if you can.

Professional and although they suggested an upgrade when I collected the car, an extra 70 Euros, going from a 1.4 to 1.6 was well worth it.

We got a free upgrade on our Compact car and ended up driving a BMW. It was a great relief to know that for very little money paid for a reduce excess insurance, we would have had to pay absolutely nothing if we had had an accident. We would highly recommend Reduce my Excess, by far the best and most economical insurance we could find.
