Everything with the car and rental process was good. Only downside was location - a minibus ride from and back to the airport.

The pick up point at the airport was not clearly marked in the airport it self and on the leaflet it just says hac if car park to the left of exit. This is not easy to follow nor does anyone in the airport know about it. It is however on Google maps so I wish they would put that on their leaflet. They push you to take their insurance but I did say we went with reduce my excess which is excellent! On returning the car the lady was checking the car thoroughly, even the inside of the door frames! She then pointed out a scratch on the car which thankfully we had a photo of. This process was quite intimidating and I feel that she was being very over the top as we know a) the scratch itself would not be sorted either way and b) we had proof with a. Time stamp but she made a remark about my phone screen being worse than the scratch. Overall, the car hire company offered a good rate and there is a telephone number to alert them they you are ready for pick up but it was not clear about where to stand. The price was great. The car was great but drop of was not as pleasant. Two things to take away are use Google for the pick up point. And make sure you take very very detailed pictures and videos of the entire car even the inside.
