We then received photos of multiple scratches on the vehicle and were charged for them . This damage Was not done by me and I'm certain the photos are of another car. BE WARNED!

— In excess • September 18, 2023Short queue at the desk compared to other companies. Cars are stored at the terminal and are about a 5 minute walk from the desk. Car was immaculate on collection.

— Kermit • May 29, 2018Efficient and fast service. The hire car was adequate and the price very competitive. As usual the excess insurance price was far too high but I had insured elsewhere at about one tneth of the cost so refused it.
