  • everything was great, very easy pick-up process, staff were really helpful, car was perfect, and car return was amazing, the staff even dropped us off by the terminal as it was raining, thank you very much, will definitely go with Hertz again next time!

  • Relatively poor service on piack up. Rushed and did not have a porper opportu ity to exmaine the car for defects. Defects listing only emailed to me, im;ossible to review in a dark car park

  • Excellent service. We booked a compact SUV and were given a Buick Encore. Super car to drive. Very friendly service at the collection desk. No fuss but left feeling appreciated and supported! 10/10

  • I cannot get to speak to a human being and this is very frustrating. There is no way to contact anyone if needed urgently

  • I have always found Hertz an excellent car hire company in the past. However, on arrival there was an exceptionally long wait to be seen and collect the car. Additionally whilst on holiday I had a fall which resulted in me having a broken leg and being put into plaster. I called Hertz and asked for them to come and collect the car from my villa. I was informed that they have no collection service. Nevertheless, I was fortunate to have a friend that was able to go on the insurance to drive the car back to Hertz’s office.

  • Really easy collection point, just a few mins walk from the terminal. Took a while to collect the car, but was a new Mokka the chap on the desk was very helpful, running through all the paperwork with me, then when my husband joined us, he refused to talk to me and spoke only to my husband!

  • We were forced to accept an Electric Vehicle after booking a conventional car. Whilst the car was a pleasure to drive, the charging infrastructure is not up to the job. Our last day was ruined due to wasting approximately 3 hours trying to find a charging point that worked with our rental car. We were not alone, everyone we met at various charging points were having the same issue. Hertz/e-motum thank you for wasting our last days holiday.

  • Car hire person stayed beyond closing time for me to collect car because flight was late

  • Decent car and thankfully not a deal where they try and pull a fast one at the airport by saying they only have a smaller car available. The drop off was ok but took a few days for them to confirm all was fine with the car when it had been returned. That waiting gap isn’t great when you’ve left the country and expect the company to fine you for having a bit of mud on the wheel but all fine this time.

  • Very good service and a good model of car provided which was spotlessly clean.

  • Reasonable price for a great car. However, the reason for an 8 rather than a 10, is that the automatic pickup didn’t work well for me. The machine wasn’t able to ‘read’ my U.K. licence and I had to call the Hertz. The guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and sorted everything out, but it had taken over 30 minutes to get through, which meant that we only drove away over an hour after we got there - lost time that no one wants when you have holiday plans. The car was nice to drive and the return process (in the same machine) was quick and easy at you just scan the chip attached to the key.
