Long queue, hard selling techniques for additional roadside assistance, 'if you have an accident we won't come out and you will not have a replacement car'. The car which was mechanically fine and I was quite happy driving, had lots of marks and scrapes which had not been marked on the contract so we had to find the office then wait till that was resolved. I found it very stressful.
