Arranged drop-off but no one their. Collecting the car and getting back to the Airport was terrible via the shuttle bus. The bus wasn’t suitable for luggage, far too many passengers/crowded and unsafe, both ways. The car was covered with damage, scrapes, dints etc and as it was torrential rain almost impossible to check it over.
