Bit of a wait because of number of people at arrival and departure. Otherwise efficient.

Hired a Skoda Octavia for 3 days in August. Pre-pay cost was £67. When I arrived to pick up, there was a bit of a long wait and I overheard one of the staff say they had run out of cars. Within this time someone had just returned a car and the guy serving me said that if I didnt mind waiting 5 minutes I'd get a free upgrade. I ended up with a brand new Mercedes C Class which would easily have coast around £400 for same rental period. I was extremely happy!
