Good rate and good car, but they try to up-sell with expensive excess insurance cover. Didn't need to claim, so don't have experience of how it would be if damage or an accident occurs.

When I agreed to pay for their damage waiver ( 200 euros ), my card was suddenly ok ! Avoid this company !

— Ash • April 9, 2024The pickup from the airport to their rental office was delayed for reasons beyond their control (this is what we were told). Car was good. However at the drop off we had a horrible experience. The lady checking it was literally checking the car with a microscope (I really mean it). When I take the car I usually inspect it superficially and didn’t even notice there were scratches and spots measuring less than 2mm. She however pointed out the scratches and said that these were done by us and would have to pay. We were very irate and when we put up a fight the manager came and sorted it out. He finally agreed with us ended the contract. Overall I ain’t renting from them again or if you still going ahead with it I suggest take photos and videos from every angle possible and with closeup
