At Faro pick up we had the hard sell on their insurance which was £390 for 2 weeks. The first car went back as unable to change down gears, stalling at junctions. They also refused to go round car with us, it had loss of marks on the body, and told us to video it for our own records. Got 2nd car which was better but still marked up. Took videos. On return they did not look at it much and got my deposit back straight away.
