Faultless service

— Kim • May 25, 2022This company provide an insurance excess service. If you make a mistake and take out an insurance and then request to cancel it they do not refund you in full. Their terms and conditions state they will and also state that they won’t (but that bit is hidden). When you speak to customer service you receive a tiraid of abuse and unhelpful comments. When you are promised the manager will call you they do not. This company have poor ratings on trustpilot so I would suggest avoiding them.
