Car broke down on Autostrada after approx 3.5 hrs waited 5 hrs before rescue as no English speaking staff to deal with problem and the airport office staff simply referred me to the breakdown number and then hung up. Managed to get friends to come and pick me up as 60 kms from rural destination in Calabria. Leasy’s did not contact me or arrange replacement car for the remainder of the 7 day stay then charged me double the original rental cost with no explanation. Been travelling to Lamezia and hiring cars regularly over the past 13 years worst experience ever will avoid this company in future appalling customer care or service even by Italian standards
