Lotus
Lotus is very near the arrivals area. There was no wait as it was a smaller company. The staff told me where the existing damage was, form a diagram, but did not come with me to check it. I did point out another mark, but the girl was not very interested. I was not pushed to purchase any other insurances, just an offer for a sat nav.I hired a small Skoda Citigo, which was in dirty condition, mainly with grit on the door sills and muddy mats.. Although it was an older car, it was in good condition inside and reliable. A headlamp bulb blew, for which I was reimbursed and the staff apologised for my having had to receive a dirty car.. On return the staff were very pleasant and helpful and again there was no wait, and we could walk, within 3 minutes back into the airport. The information from the company suggests the shuttle bus, but this is not necessary.
