Very slow check in at Bari airport. Undermanning at the desks and what seemed to be a ridiculously long wait. We waited nearly and hour. You needed to take a ticket (like at the deli) but it was not obvious as the crowds for all the other car hire check in desks obscured this fact!! The car and the checking it back in was faultless.
