After a wait of more than 1 hour to get to the desk I was lied to and told I didn’t have the correct insurance. After arguing for more than 15 minutes the agent gave up trying to make me buy unnecessary insurance. I was then give a car that had no licence plate on the front. I refused the car. I was then given a second car and then 1 hour into using the car it broke down. I then waited 15 hours on the side of the road to get a replacement car. Worst experience of my life. Never use this company!!
