Absolutely excellent. On leaving the airport, we were subject to a scam resulting in a punctured tyre and the theft of two pieces of carry-on luggage. We took the car back to the airport (eventually) and the manager changed the car at no extra cost even though, contractually, we were liable for tyre damage. Fantastic, compassionate service!
