  • Pick up and drop off both chaotic!! Supposedly on site at the airport but need to take a bus to the office to do paperwork and pick up the car, DRIVERS ONLY - passengers left at airport with baggage. Bus ran over a passengers hand luggage at pick up. Read the booking, lots of people arguing about paying excess for full insurance. Car we had was fine with no issues.
