Pick up was quick and without issue. No check was done before departure and I was asked to check the car myself and photograph any existing damage. We were given a larger car than expected as they did not have a manual car equivalent to the one we booked so we got a large automatic VW. I would have preferred a manual but the car was good once I got used to driving it. Carv return was also easy and it was good they had a shuttle service back to the airport which made it relatively hassle free...though the customer service assistant didn't communicate much with me...the bus driver let us know all was good.
